Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the JaiRoute mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

JaiRoute is a free mobile application designed to help users optimize routes with multiple stops. The App provides:

• Route optimization and planning tools
• Multi-stop route calculations
• Navigation assistance and directions
• Time and distance estimates
• Map integration and visualization

The App is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising through Google AdMob.

User Responsibilities

Acceptable Use

You agree to use JaiRoute only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the App

Safe Usage

You acknowledge that:

• Route suggestions are for guidance only and may not always be optimal
• You are responsible for verifying route safety and legality
• Traffic conditions, road closures, and other factors may affect routes
• You should always follow local traffic laws and regulations

Service Availability

We strive to keep JaiRoute available and functional at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Maintenance and updates
• Technical issues or server problems
• Third-party service dependencies
• Force majeure events

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

JaiRoute and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Emelagudev and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Create derivative works based on the App
• Use the App's name, logo, or branding without permission
• Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices

Third-Party Services

JaiRoute integrates with various third-party services, including:

• Google AdMob for advertising
• Firebase for analytics and app services
• Mapping and routing service providers
• App store platforms (Apple App Store, Google Play Store)

These third-party services have their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party services.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Disclaimer

JaiRoute is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Route calculations will always be accurate or optimal
• The App will meet your specific requirements
• Any defects will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emelagudev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or property damage
• Costs of substitute services
• Any damages arising from your use of the App

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Emelagudev from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit through the App

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date
• Notify users through the App when significant changes are made
• Post the updated Terms in the App

Your continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate this agreement by:

• Uninstalling the App from your device
• Ceasing all use of the App

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately if you violate these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved through appropriate legal channels.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
